Wow, the article says “personalised customer service” which is TRUE! I mean, I have been using Boleh VPN and I can be quite lazy when it comes to rate anything but they are really worth writing a review!!!

I have been using Boleh VPN for almost a year and even though I am very CHOOSY, I have to admit that I’m 100% for Boleh VPN. Internet speed is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaast, reliable, connects real fast, and what’s was important for me is that setting up was easy!
The support and customer care are like some people I use to hang out on Friday or Saturday evening, friendly and quick in sorting me out with everything.
First you get what you pay for. I had used other VPN providers that were rated high but when I would ask questions about drop offs, inability to connect, and malware that I never ran into before, I would get canned answers back. With Boleh VPN I feel I am dealing with a much higher quality product. The customer service has been solid, speed has been consistent, reliability has been such that I do not have to check every session to see if I am logged in or not. Solid.
You’ll notice that Boleh VPN only has servers in America, Europe and Hong Kong and NOT Malaysia – Want to know why?
Malaysia is another nasty country with heavy internet censorship. They actively poison their domain name servers. Users have to resort to the google DNS or OpenDNS to even surf the web. You can’t even access sites like topix.com. You don’t hear much about this because Malaysia is a puppet democracy allied to America and supposedly this country is one of the ‘good’ guys. You’ll never hear anything about this in the (scummy) slander tabloids that originate from USA like wsj.com, blooomberg, nytimes, reuters, economist, huffingtonpost, dailymailuk…etc..etc because it isn’t in their best interest to launch a sinister ongoing smear campaign against Malaysia. They are only interested in targeting China or Russia.

I understand China’s efforts to block the anti-China/anti-Chinese propaganda (and believe be! There is a lot of this kind of garbage being generated monthly every year) that is being spewed by the US and UK governments, but I do not agree that censorship is the answer. But what else can they do? Should they just let lies, half-truths, rumour and fear-mongering from the other side of the world mislead their own Chinese citizens and undermine trust and authority of the Chinese government. Unless you can come up with a better solution that prevents the spread of libel and slander under the guise of unverified or self-corroborated bullshit journalism from US and UK, Unless you can come up with a better solution, The Chinese Government’s View goes something like this : “Better a Great Firewall than no Firewall, and if the Chinese citizens wants to view the filth written about and against them, then they should have to pay for that garbage through VPN services like Boleh VPN because such slander should not be made easily accessible”. If you don’t like it in China, why don’t you go live some place else. I’m sure the Chinese don’t want you around.
I live in China where I have to deal with the GFW all the time. When I was looking for solutions to this issue, I was looking at rolling my own OpenVPN server. The guys on the OpenVPN forum came up with a patch that allowed people in Syria/China/etc countries to workaround it. When we needed an Android client, these guys stepped up and provided a custom built app that incorporated the fixes. The story doesn’t end here though. With Android 5.0, their app did not work properly. Instead of just ignorning me or saying stick with Android 4.4, they offered an even better solution built on a newer technology (ShadowSocks). Chris, one of the support guys there spent a lot of time helping me work through this new solution until everything worked properly. This is the sign of a great company that takes all issues seriously and tries to provide the best service possible.
If you’re in the Asia area or they have servers that are close to you, you should definitely look into their plans. They are a company with exceptional service.
I just got my connection and found out I was being throttled by my ISP. In a bid to fight for my rights to the pursuit of knowledge and happiness I demanded a way to bypass the issue because I wanted an optimum connection to game hosting, bt transfer and unblocked surfing
I researched for about a day and asked a representative of this company in a forum about many things regarding VPN and my throttling issue. He was more than happy to answer, no turndown at all and was very welcoming and quick.
WITHIN LESS THAN A DAY, I subscribed to the VPN, found out my connection was still being choked, emailed the company, the company emailed back, got two agents to help me out and later a team viewer session with not one BUT TWO AGENTS fixing my pc config to the connection DIRECTLY! Within half an hour, they got my speeds to lightning fast …
AND THIS ALL TOOK LESS THAN HALF A DAY!!!

I would recommend BolehVPN for all Malaysian Users. If you KNOW you deserve proper or better connection speed, look no further. This company is set up specifically to handle anything our ISP or government will throw at us so you don’t have to worry about throttling at all in the future, just use BolehVPN and you will know you are getting the best speed of your connection downloads and hosting anonymously without being censored by local government
Customer Service is incredible.. minimal downtime, excellent speeds & the price is WELL worth it. It could be cheaper, but if it meant sacrificing any of the three things above it wouldn’t be worth it. Highly recommend Boleh.
