I’ve been using BolehVPN since 2008/2009 and their servers are awesome and up to speed. Recently I have encountered some connection issues possibly due to the recent server attack and the support team were absolutely helpful indeed, quick action was taken too! Thanks BolehVPN team… Keep up the amazing work!!
I’ve been using BolehVPN off and on since 2012. I did a lot of research and they seemed like the best VPN service for my primary concern: privacy. The fact that they don’t log internet activity is absolutely fantastic for those of us who care about privacy issues, especially as privacy gets diminished more and more by governments from many countries.
I am super happy with BolehVPN- I wouldn’t have stayed with them for so long if I wasn’t! Not only do I have to worry about information not being collected about me- their servers are FAST! I’ve tried other VPN services and they just did not compare to the speed I’ve found here. On a RARE occasion it could be faster, all I have to do is change the country I’m connecting to. (And it has plenty of settings I don’t even understand- though they have the low-down on the site, should you choose to inform yourself.)
And I can’t forget about support- I just recently had to submit a support ticket in fact. They had solved my problem by the time I woke up the next morning- and they’d credited me for the time I’d lost (though I really should have just submitted a ticket sooner- they didn’t have to).
I really recommend BolehVPN if you care about privacy, yet don’t want a VPN that’s going to bog you down by running slow. These guys are great! And if you don’t believe me- they offer a 7-day trial package for only a few dollars. I didn’t want to pay for a whole month of a crappy service- their trial period, actually trying it out for myself, was what sold me. Give it a shot.

This really is the best service out there. I am currently in the 1 day free trial, but I will be purchasing this service as soon as the trial expires.
PRICE: not the cheapest, but pretty good price compared to a lot of services. As of 2014 you can pay about US$7 per month if you pay for a whole year. The quality of the service is definitely worth that much, if not more.
RELIABILITY: Honestly, I had completely forgot that I was using a VPN! Connection has not dropped once on any server that I tried. I can even put my computers in sleep mode, then turn them back on, and BolehVPN is still connected like I never turned the computers off. When you can forget that you are using a VPN, you know it’s a good VPN.
SPEED: I notice no real change in speed compared to my normal internet. I’m sure it must be slower than my real connection, because that’s the reality of VPNs. But I do everything that I normally do on my computer (torrents included), and never once thought about the VPN, because my internet seems to run normally. SpeedTest website clocks me around 15Mbps down and 3Mbps up on all servers except Hong Kong, which was about 3Mbps/1Mbps when I tried it.
SUPPORT: Support is fantastic. It took a few hours to get the reply email about starting my free trial, but after that, it was very fast. I contacted support 5 times in total. Responses always came within 1 hour, except for one that took 5 hours (I’m sure they have to sleep sometimes!). Chris tried very hard to solve my problem in many ways, and even though he didn’t solve it, I was very satisfied that he did everything he could do, and that there is simply no way to solve the problem that I had (a minor problem anyway).
Overall, I am very impressed with this service. I had no idea that VPNs could be this fast and stable. I am happy to have found VPNReviews, and BolehVPN.

I have been using many VPN providers for 3 years now. But none of them have such excellent support on every aspect. They help with all kind of questions and don’t write shitty responses like did You try to reconnect or so on. No problem with client application, no problem with contact, no problem with support. Many servers to choose, various options of security(VPN, proxy etc.) and great community. I finally found VPN that just suits my needs. Speed is very good. Highly recommended
I had Chris as my representative for service on my Mac computer. For some reason I had a lot of problems getting the client together, and was upset that it wasn’t working out as planned.
However, most companies would just send you static bullcrap replies that are usually from a copy and paste document to handle customer concerns, Chris and Boleh are not this type of company. I spent almost a week with 50 back and forth emails with him trying to figure out exactly what the issue was, different installers, different programs, apps, the works. He had his team try on his side, he took control of my computer and figured everything out eventually to make me one damn satisfied costumer.
I never write reviews, even when I know I should. But when my problem was handled so perfectly with extreme customer care, I had to. I don’t see customer service like this in companies anymore, usually it’s a voice mail message or some sort of outsourced company with little to no knowledge of the issues that arise, but this company has some of the best service I’ve seen in a long time.
I was beginning to get frustrated with the errors and problems with the client, but the service, reliability and support make up for everything this past week to give me a superb VPN I can rely on.
