Disaster!! Or so I thought.. I signed up for an annual account and was having issues with my very first website! Amoiz to the rescue. In less than 5 minutes I was sorted. Problem solved. Support at PureVPN is great. I tried the Service and had speed problems, so I wanted to canel my account, But Deniz spent over an hour to help me get it run. It was unbelievable, I have a 13Mbit downlod speed. With using the right L2TP Server I got 26Mbit at speedtest.net
Deniz remoted to my computer by temviewer and solved all problems I had. Great Service!!! After her support I was able to watch Netflix in HD and German Watchever also in HD. And all with L2TP encryption.
PureVPN’s service is unparallelled. I’ve used them for a very long time and recently, I’ve been having trouble with connecting. It seems that my internet service provider has been blocking the ports or something. This is the second time that I’ve had a problem with this while I’ve been in China.
