PandaPow works like like a charm in PRC. Netflix works and speed is good. I like the iPhone app, it connects really fast!
Pros:
1. Customer Service is good
2. Easy to use
Cons :
1. Not that good in china
2. Video streaming is poor, poor, poor.
3. Expensive than its counter part.
4. Not worth for the Money
5. Get frustrated when using it since get disconnects frequent
and in my personal opinion use Astrill if you are in china.
I have been using this VPN provider for few moths now.
Connection is fairly good, considering the GFW.
The internet here is just so unstabile, that seems PandaPow is not working, when actually the central server for telecom is down.
The customer service is excellent, keep up the good work.

We’re glad to see our VPN service listed on this site, but frankly quite surprised to see such a negative review by a seemingly unhappy customer “Lin”.
We always work hard to solve problems we are made aware of, and since we’ve got staff in China our customers there get very fast and knowledgeable responses.
One thing that we find especially strange about the review by “Lin” is that we are accused of charging twice. First of all, all payments are processed by PayPal so even if we wanted to we couldn’t do this. PayPal can of course make mistakes, but then the customer should have notified us and we’d have fixed it. We have not been notified of any such issue. So we can only come to the conclusion that the review by Lin is a fabrication.
It’s shame, but that’s (bad) Internet marketing for you.
In any case, if you’re a customer of ours I hope you know we do everything in our powers to provide you with a satisfactory service, and in the rare case that isn’t possible, we return your money. We’re very proud of our customer care and our service level, s please let us know if you think anything we do can be made better.
