i would go with express vpn. these guys put a lot of conditions on their 30 day refund. i was trying it with amazon instant video and the video is very slow and quality very low compared to express vpn. i asked for a refund and they said i exceeded 10G. Well, if you watch 2 or 3 movies, you will exceed 10G easily! customer service is very poor. i would go back to express vpn, but i have this 12 month lease i purchased with hide my ass that i regret. i believe it’s all intentional this 30 day sense of assurance and 10G limits. why do most ppl use vpn? watching videos must be at the top. anyhow, go with express vpn. much faster and customer service is better.
Be careful they steal your money. They autocharge your account.

I dont recommend this vpn at all.
I decided to try this out again after few years to see whether they have improved their service. But realised the speed and service are worst than before. They said they wont refund as this is not my first time try out. They are so lousy to provide simple VPN service and many services are not working. It is useless VPN service to me. Now i know why their name has “ass”.
They claim on their website to give full refund. However a day into the service, I found that all their IP’s were black listed on Craigslist, and could not use HMA. They ignored my request for a refund.
HMA customer service ignored me.
I had to get Pay Pal involved to get a refund.
Used for 2 years.
Fraudulently billed my PayPal Account.
Russian Company hiding behind UK IP address.
Speed unusable most of the time.
Do me a favor, go with someone else higher on this review list.

This company’s billing department is absolutely horrible. They renewed my subscription without my knowledge and consent and once I noticed it and contacted them, they said they will not reverse the charges, eventhough I contacted them within a few days of seeing the charges. They basically stole money from me and i am now filing a complaint with PayPal and Better Business trying to recover the money that was stolen from me and without my authorization. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
I have been using them for almost 3 years, not without problems, but their epic support team was quite fast to mitigate.
Once I was thinking to be better off with another VPN and even got a refund but then the other VPN proved not to have all the countries I got used to and I was welcomed back with a week of free access!
Waiting time on live chat is a bit annoying though.
DO NOT USE! Worst service ever. I initially got this while living overseas to access US sites, cancelled my service well over a year ago and have been charged twice for annual renewal service since. I have sent several emails to their support team and have never received a reply. Steer clear from this company, it is impossible to cancel your service when you no longer require it and receiving assistance and the VPN was garbage. It only worked on occasion.
